Special Conditions E from 8th March
The alterations are:
- New paragraph 2.7.6 to require bookmakers to have in place and implement procedures to ensure that card payment machines do not accept credit cards
- New paragraph 2.7.14 which stipulates that bookmakers may not consume alcohol whilst conducting bookmaking activities
- New paragraph 2.8 with a requirement to ensure all betting slips include the correct details for the nominated contractor in relation to unsettled bets.
These are not material changes to Special Conditions E, but rather the clear identification of elements of the bookmakers legal responsibilities (see paragraph 2.6.2(c)), and therefore do not require consultation.
