Fees
The Daily Betting Badge fees are as follows
-
RDT Racecourse Betting Compliance Fee - £30 – fee applies for each pitch
-
Staff (if required) – £20 per person
-
Marketing Fee – £100 - payable for all bookmakers that attend as this is the first meeting of the season.
Betting Ring Plans
As usual the first horseshoe is not able to be used through the flat season (including Royal Ascot) but we will remain flexible with access to all other pitches within the betting ring.
We will continue to utilise the front two lines of pitches for the ‘quieter’ meetings as this move seemed to be universally accepted. It also saves us time in having to relocate the line of bins. Obviously this will change for the busier Saturdays and Royal Ascot.
Other than that there are no plans to restrict usage of any pitch but please be advised we expect and require you to keep the area around the pitch neat and tidy and all unused equipment to be stored behind the pitch.
PITCHING IN TIME
-
Pitching in time will be 2 hours before the first race
Purchasing your Badges / Tickets
As is standard now, payment of the ‘Daily Betting Badge’, any Bookmakers Staff badges, the Marketing Fee and the RDT Racecourse Betting Compliance Fee’ will be required in advance (the purchasing system allows for bookmakers to make their purchase up to midnight on the day before the raceday).

Summary
To enable payments to be processed your Ascot account and bank cards must be registered to the same address. Please ensure this is the case as the banks are now rejecting payments based on different addresses being used. This is a bank requirement and we cannot process the payment if this is the case.
If you are having issues with logging on, please contact me direct as soon as possible so that our ticketing team can explore what the problem is and find a solution to it.
