ARC would like to confirm that pitches in new areas are allocated on the 1:1 mechanism, always starting with Tattersalls.
If an ARC racecourse has more than one new area, they will be allocated as individual areas. Tattersalls bookmakers will always have the first pick in each new area. This is the same procedure as all JCR racecourses/Goodwood and Ascot.
